This civil rights course will provide a general overview of civil rights for employees. It covers civil rights laws, protections under those laws, discrimination, harassment, and reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities. It will also provide information on filing a complaint of discrimination with the HHSC Civil Rights Office.
