EVV System Transfer Reminder:
If you transfer from one EVV system to another, you cannot use two different EVV systems at the same time to collect visit data per EVV policy.
- Use your current EVV system until the Go Live date of the EVV system you're transferring to.
- After that date, DO NOT collect visit data in your former system.
- Service providers should stop clocking in and clocking out with your former EVV system's clock in and clock out methods when you Go Live with the EVV system you're transferring to.
- After the Go Live date, service providers should ONLY clock in and clock out with the clock in and clock out methods provided by the EVV system vendor you transferred to.
