Applicants seeking to obtain a contract with HHSC, for HCS and TxHmL, must be enrolled in the Provider Applicant Training (PAT) for HCS/TxHmL course, to fulfill this requirement. Send a request to CAPM_Operations@hhsc.state.tx.us
