Financial Management Services Agency (FMSA) Enrollment Exam

The FMSA Enrollment Training exam is a competency test for entities applying to contract with HHSC or a Medicaid managed care organization (MCO) to provide financial management services (FMS) to individuals using the Consumer Directed Services (CDS) option.
